This is a NEVER ASSEMBLED Gi Joe Uss Flagg in its original box. All of the pieces are there, so are all the decals. All of the little parts bags are still sealed with the exception of one bag that has been opened. See the photo, it is the bag with the orange missiles. All the pieces are still inside the bag. The decals are unapplied and still on their sheets. One of the decal sheets is damaged (see photo). Instructions and misc paperwork are also present.
