Y ou are looking at a Mighty Matilda battleship from Remco. It is in good condition for its age. It comes with everything pictured including the original box. I tested it and everything except the elevators and plane launcher work. It moves and the alarm works. I can hear the gears moving for the elevators, but they do not raise or lower.
