GI Joe American Hero USS Flagg. It has been played with, Keel Haul has tight joints and the gun is present. The bullhorn has been tested and doesn’t work, a few of the larger pieces could use a light cleaning. Its all there except for three pieces and the main instructions. The three missing pieces are the hull side, a small grey railing, and a plastic strip that goes on the elevator base. There are three broken pieces in the last photo, the antenna mast, a tab on the grey support, and one of the gas pump handles on the green trailer.
