WW2 Imperial Japanese Navy Big Eye 15×80 Aircraft Carrier Binoculars RARE
This “Big Eye” style was specifically used on late-war aircraft carriers, battleships, destroyers, cruisers and other surface vessels! Made of a aluminum, brass, and steel this set of binoculars is in SUPERB used condition! Manufactured between 1939 and 1945, all optics are EXTRAORDINARY! No blurring, haziness, spotting, or fungus! The lens bodies feature a prominent (though a bit faint) 15×80, the manufacture logo; and serial number “172”. All kanji markings are also fully intact! They appears to have been re-painted at one point of time, and come with a custom-made solid brass stand and lens covers!
