It is an old stock and has a little musty smell. You can put it in the sun for several days to remove it. The zipper doesn’t work well due to a longtime storage. This is a nice militatry jacket. It has some snags in the fabric, especially around the right breast area, the middle of the back anf the left neck area. No rips, no stains. There is a spot on the left arm where the stitching has come loose; it’s bout 1 in legnth, btu the stitching around it is still strong.
