Up for sale is a GI Joe USS Flagg Aircraft Carrier playset with it’s original box, instructions, working megaphone, and complete figure of Admiral Keel-Haul. While not perfect, this set is in overall great shape and nearly complete. I’ll go over the details as best I can. The deck plates are all in excellent condition with good stickers and no noted issues. I seem to have misplaced the deck clips, but will keep looking. For now it’s without them. The side elevator has one broken tab – does not affect the elevator plate from staying up. The second deck of the superstructure is cracked in half (see photo). It could easily be glued together. Not necessary for it to display and hold up as it should. There is a tiny piece called a missile antennae that fits on the end of the radar dishes on the bow and stern that are missing. The tabs to the bow dish itself are broken but still somewhat attached. The dish does not press down into place as it should and so it just sits atop the mounting. All of the lower framework is in excellent condition. One ladder has a crack – could easily be glued. Doesn’t affect display. The lower oval door on the superstructure has one hinge-tab broken off. It displays delicately in place. The crane is complete and in great shape. The tractor and fuel trailer are in excellent condition – hoses and pumps intact. All missiles, cannons, and the missile launcher are included and in great shape. The antennae array is complete and in great shape. Anchors are both present and in good shape. No other issues noted. Admiral Keel-Haul is in excellent condition with tight joints and good paint. The box is in rough shape and looks like it likely saw moisture at some point. It is complete and intact with all panels – nothing torn off. Not the prettiest, but it displays well. Original Instructions have minor wear but no major issues.
