For sale is a GI Joe USS Saratoga motorized aircraft carrier with 10 various airplanes. Made by Hasbro and it has a date of 2001 on the bottom. This item is pre-owned. It has been tested and it does seem to work, but it has signs of some heavy corrosion in and around the battery compartment and on the battery compartment door. There’s some rust on some of the coils that hold the batteries in as well. The antennas on top of the tower don’t move, I’m unsure if they are supposed to or not. The two squares on the deck that can be pressed down, they are a bit finicky to get back up. One comes up fairly easily but the other requires tapping around the edges and general finagling to get it to come back up. No breaks or cracks that I can see. Has some white marks on the rear below the controls; these are likely some stress marks to the plastic but there’s no breaks. Some of the planes have some white stress marks to the plastic on the wings; they aren’t broken but they are likely weaker in these areas from the stress marks. Comes from a smokefree home.
